Saving Ours seeks volunteers and donations to help us achieve our goals.  By digitizing small town newspapers and making them searchable and free on the web, we are opening up avenues of data and research materials that genealogists, historians and educators will find valuable. Archived records will help you find information on surnames, family history and your ancestors.

Saving Ours is a grass root group dedicated to preserving our past by ensuring our records,such as ancestor, family history documents and archived newspapers, are digitized and made free to the general public.  Our current focus is preserving our small town newspapers of the past.

This project/group is in its infancy and therefore needs massive amounts of aid, support and help.  We are in the process of obtaining not for profit status and hope to be added to the non profit organizations list soon.
